1. What is MrMenu.com?
MrMenu.com is an online restaurant ordering service that lets you find local restaurants, browse menus, and place orders for delivery or take-out at no charge.


2. How does MrMenu.com work?
No more waiting on hold just to find out later that someone forgot to write “sauce on the side”, as you had requested. With MrMenu.com you submit your order on-line so you know it’s correct. Users are able to rest assured that their order is being processed timely and error-free. Here is how the process works:

SEARCH

Search for a restaurant in any area by zip code, city or with one of our advanced search features. Or go directly to a restaurant by clicking a coupon.

ORDER

Order on-line using our dynamic menu feature that allows you to view and modify your order as you go.

SUBMIT

Confirm pickup or delivery time (if applicable) and submit your order. You will receive confirmation via email in just minutes.

EAT!!

This is our favorite part.....it’s that easy.



3. Does MrMenu.com charge me a fee for placing an order?
Not a penny! You pay only what the restaurant charges for the food and delivery.
There are no hidden fees, and no monthly charges. It costs nothing to register or use our service.



4. How do I pay for my orders?
MrMenu.com gives you the option to pay online, or at the restaurant. You also have the ability to store your credit card information, if you register, to speed up your next order.

5. Do I have to register an account to use the service?
Absolutely not! You can always place an order without registering. However, there are benefits to registering and these benefits include:
- Saving past orders for faster re-ordering.
- Saving credit card information in a secure environment for faster ordering.
- Participation in our rewards program earns you points which can be converted into free food!
- Email notification when new restaurants are added in your selected zip codes.
- Email notification of coupons that have been added for restaurants in your selected zip codes.
- Participation in random monthly drawings for restaurant gift cards.
- Many other benefits.



6. When will my food be ready?
Once submitted, we begin processing your order instantly. Orders are normally transmitted electronically to the restaurant within seconds of submission. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Please allow a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes for your order to be prepared after receiving a confirmation email.

7. How do the coupons work?
When you see a coupon you like, just click it. The coupon will appear in your order once you add items. Once you've met the requirements for the coupon, the discount amount will be indicated.
You can use your retail, paper coupon if you elect "pay at pickup/delivery" during checkout. Unfortunately, MrMenu.com cannot accept these types of coupons for online purchases at this time.
If you choose to pay at the restaurant, most accept cash, checks and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (where accepted). If you choose to pay online through MrMenu.com you can pay with Visa or MasterCard.

You can use your gift card if you elect "pay at pickup" during checkout. Unfortunately, MrMenu.com cannot accept gift cards for online purchases at this time.

CVV stands for Credit card Validation (or Verification) Value. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover all have a version of the CVV to reduce merchant risk in Card-Not-Present transactions (like Internet, telephone or mail-order). The CVV code adds assurance that the consumer placing the order has access or physical possession of the credit card itself in order to use the CVV code.
The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and on the front of American Express cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover have been using the CVV since the late 1990's. The CVV is an important layer of security to help you reduce your risks in accepting card-Not-Present transactions and may be required or recommended by your payment processor or merchant bank.


12. How should I leave a tip when I order online?
If you are going to pay at the restaurant or have your items delivered you can tip then. If you choose to pay online you may leave a tip at checkout. Whatever is most convenient for you. Generally, delivery drivers are accustomed to being tipped at the time of the delivery.
13. What if I need to change my order in the cart?
To make changes to the order in your cart, click the "Edit Cart" button at the bottom of your order. If you'd like to make a change to an order you've already submitted, please contact the restaurant directly. Restaurant contact information can be found in the email we send you after your order is placed.

14. How do I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you place your order online and then need to change or cancel it, call the restaurant directly. The restaurant's phone number is provided with your Order Confirmation Email and on the Restaurant’s Landing Page of this site. Once you have canceled or changed the order with the restaurant, please notify MrMenu.com of the change or cancellation by email at questions@mrmenu.com
The restaurant is the best initial contact for order inquiries. If your order is late or the restaurant made a mistake in fulfilling your order, please contact them directly. The restaurant's phone number is provided with your Order Confirmation Email and on the Restaurant’s Landing Page of this site. If you do not wish to have the restaurant correct your order, please take a moment to let us know about the issue. Pease email us at questions@mrmenu.com

To complete an order online with MrMenu.com, it's best to have cookies enabled in your browser. By enabling cookies you will be sharing information that helps MrMenu.com provide you a better online experience. If you don't have cookies enabled and would like to know how to please follow these directions (Note that in IE 6.0 the setting for cookies is under the "Privacy Tab").

- In your Web browser menu (at the top of the page) select "Tools"
- Under "Tools" choose "Internet Options"
- Choose the tab labeled "Security" and click on the button "Custom Level"
- Scroll until you see "Cookies"
- Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable"
- Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable"
- Click "OK" when you're done

17. What does JavaScript enabled mean?

To complete an order online with MrMenu.com, it's best to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. With JavaScript enabled you will be able to take advantage of all the features that MrMenu.com t Ordering service offers. If you don't have JavaScript enabled, and would like to know how to, please follow these steps:

- In your Web browser menu (at the top of the page) select "Tools"
- Under "Tools" choose "Internet Options"
- Choose the tab labeled "Security" and click on the button "Custom Level"
- Scroll until you see "Scripting", and set "Active Scripting" to "Enabled"
- Click "OK" when you're done


18. What do the star ratings mean?
After you order on MrMenu.com, you will be able to rate the restaurant and the food you ordered if you are a member. You will be able to leave feedback in your account under "Restaurant Ratings". Your ratings will be combined with everyone else's to display an overall rating for each restaurant.

19. What is your Privacy Policy?
MrMenu.com respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information to third parties. We request only the information necessary to process your order online. Please feel free to review our entire Privacy Policy.



20. How secure is your sight?
MrMenu.com is committed to providing secure online ordering. We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all sensitive data and maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. In addition, we have an additional layer of security by employing ScanAlert.com to test our site everyday. Their "Hacker Safe" certification means that your personal information and transactions are secure.
